OUR PRIVACY POLICY

Short version: we collect what we need to ship picks, send emails, process subscriptions, and understand how the site is used — and nothing more. We never sell your email address or your data. We use Google Analytics and Vercel Analytics to measure traffic; we do not run advertising networks or sell data to advertisers.

What we collect

  • Standard web logs (IP, user agent, request path) via Vercel.
  • Email address (and first name, if provided) when you join the list or sign up for Pro picks. Stored in our subscriber records.
  • Account data (email, plan status) if you create an account or subscribe to the paid tier.
  • Payment details when you subscribe. These are entered directly with Stripe; we never see or store full card numbers.
  • Usage and traffic analytics — pages visited, referrer, device/browser, and approximate region — via Google Analytics 4 and Vercel Analytics / Speed Insights. Used to understand and improve the site, not for advertising.

What we don’t collect

  • Precise real-time location.
  • Contacts or social-graph data.
  • Full payment card numbers (those live with Stripe).
  • Advertising or cross-site retargeting profiles — we don’t run ad networks.

Third-party processors

We share data with a small set of service providers strictly to run the product:

  • Supabase— database and authentication. Stores your account, subscription status, and email list records.
  • Stripe— payment processing for Pro subscriptions. Handles all card data directly under its own privacy policy.
  • Resend— transactional and weekly picks email delivery. Receives your email address to send the messages you signed up for.
  • Vercel— hosting, standard request telemetry, and privacy-friendly traffic analytics (Vercel Analytics / Speed Insights).
  • Google Analytics 4— traffic and usage analytics. Receives standard analytics events (page views, device, approximate location) under Google’s privacy policy, and sets first-party analytics cookies on your browser.

We do not sell your data, and these providers may only use it to deliver their service to us.

Email

If you join the list or go Pro, we email you weekly picks and account messages. Every marketing email includes a one-click unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time.

Cookies

NoPunt uses essential cookies for authentication and paid-tier access state, plus first-party analytics cookies set by Google Analytics to measure how the site is used. We do not use advertising cookies or fingerprinting, and we don’t sell your data to advertisers.

Your rights

Request export or deletion of your data at any time by emailing privacy@nopunt.com. We respond within 7 days.
