NoPunt is run by OWSH UNLIMITED, LLC, a New York limited liability company based in Buffalo, New York (“we”, “us”). By creating an account, subscribing or using NoPunt, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use NoPunt. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data.
An analytics platform that publishes model-derived NFL picks and tracks them publicly. Live picks are timestamped before kickoff; the 2020-2025 record shown on the site is a walk-forward backtest reconstructed in May 2026, not a contemporaneous publication. Every result is logged whether the pick won or lost.
NoPunt is not a sportsbook, bookmaker or betting exchange. We take no bets, place no bets, hold no betting funds and pay no winnings. We have no affiliation with, and receive no payment from, any sportsbook. Sportsbook names only show where a price came from. NoPunt is not a financial advisor, and nothing on it is a recommendation or instruction to place a bet.
Picks, probabilities and ratings are statistical estimates. They are not guaranteed to be accurate or profitable. Past results do not predict future results. Don’t bet money you can’t afford to lose.
Data is provided on a best-effort basis. It may be wrong, late, incomplete or changed after the fact. Odds are indicative and may differ from what a sportsbook offers. Check with the sportsbook or the official source before you act.

The public JSON endpoints (/docs) are free for personal, research and non-commercial use. Using them in a paid product or service needs our written permission: email hello@nopunt.com. Don’t hammer them, they’re behind aggressive caching, but if you need high-volume polling, mirror the data into your own store.
If you build something with NoPunt data, credit nopunt.com and link back. That’s the only attribution we ask.
Don’t scrape the site outside the documented endpoints, resell NoPunt data as a standalone product, or redistribute odds, lines or prices as a feed, file or dataset. Third-party sources limit how their data may be used.
With a Pro account, you’re responsible for the security of your login credentials. Don’t share them. We won’t ask for your password in email.
NoPunt Pro (“the Edge”) is offered in two options, both billed through Stripe. The exact prices shown at checkout govern.
Please read this carefully. If you choose the Monthly plan, your subscription renews automatically each month at the then-current price until it ends or you cancel. The recurring charge appears on the card you provided.
Billing pauses after the January charge, we do not charge you for February or at any point in the NFL offseason, and your access continues through both. The subscription is not cancelled during the pause: it resumes automatically about a week before the next season’s first game, at the then-current price. We email you before that charge every time, with enough notice to cancel first.
At checkout we show the price, how often you are charged, that it renews until you cancel, and how to cancel. We email you the same after you subscribe.
You can cancel at any time from your account (Manage Subscription), or by emailing hello@nopunt.com, including during the pause. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access through that period. The Season Pass renews automatically each season at the then-current price; we email you before each renewal and you can cancel anytime. Members who purchased a Season Pass on or before August 16, 2026, before it became a renewing membership on August 17, 2026, keep those original terms: a single one-time charge that does not renew, with access ending when the next season begins.
If NoPunt isn’t for you, we offer a 7-day, no-questions-asked refund on your first charge, email hello@nopunt.com within 7 days of that charge. After 7 days, and on renewal charges, payments are non-refundable.
NOPUNT AND ALL DATA ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, WE MAKE NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, TIMELINESS, AVAILABILITY, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
To the fullest extent the law allows:
These limits do not apply to our gross negligence, willful misconduct or fraud, or where the law does not allow them. If NoPunt is down, we will fix it, but we do not owe you damages for downtime.
You must be 21 or older to use NoPunt. If you bet, meeting the legal betting age where you live is your responsibility. NoPunt is offered to users in the United States. We may close an account we learn belongs to someone under 21.
We may change these terms. For a material change, we email the address on your account and update the date above at least 30 days before it takes effect. If the change is materially worse for you, you can cancel before it takes effect. We also email you at least 30 days before a price increase. If you keep using NoPunt after a change takes effect, you accept it.
NoPunt is operated by OWSH UNLIMITED, LLC, a New York limited liability company. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any lawsuit must be filed in the state courts in Erie County, New York, or the U.S. District Court for the Western District of New York, and you and we agree to their jurisdiction. Either of us may bring an individual claim in small claims court. Nothing here removes protections that the law where you live does not allow you to give up.
